Sparkie
[ˈspɑːrki]Background Story
Sparkie is a diminutive form of spark. The sources checked record it as the name of a talking budgie, Sparkie Williams, and of a satellite that failed to reach orbit, as well as the name of an elf in the radio series Big Jon and Sparkie, a dragon in the television series Mike the Knight, and a track on For Real!, the debut album of Ruben and the Jets. It is also a slang term for an electrician.
